Pumping unit repair & gearbox rebuilds
Pumping unit repair often starts in the gearbox. We inspect, tear down, and rebuild pumping unit gearboxes, replace worn herringbone and helical gears, and get units back to production — including reverse-engineered gears when OEM parts are obsolete.
Chinese double-circular-arc gears
Note: We can cut the Chinese double-circular-arc tooth form for Chinese gearboxes that do not use the American standard DP, or we can reverse-engineer it to a herringbone cut. That conversion is our CCK (Chinese Conversion Kit).
